Everything was nice, so were great views to old town. My tastefully decorated and bright room had central heating, an electronic key card, and a TV. - the location was incredible, within a close distance from a sleek mall.

Truly enjoyed every detail about my very very good 2 nights stay here. Tastefully decorated and brand-new units with 2 full size extra beds as well as view to old town, and the staff were service-oriented.

The location was excellent and wonderful, only 15 km to Tartu airport, perfectly reachable. I enjoyed a well-organised room with a spotless bathroom. - Appreciated amenities such as an electronic key card, a work desk, and a multi-channel television.

The hotel was fairly clean with exceptionally nice staff members. Everything was nice, however a few employees were very unpleasant. The location was particularly good and magnificent in Old Town area and easy for visiting a museum and a theater close to the property.

Friendly staff, great location to see Tartu, loved the meals, it was cold and we enjoyed eating in.

This modern place offers comfortable beds and a nice bathroom, among other amenities, making for a pleasant stay.

perfect location. Big plus is parking place - though you leave the room earlier, you can leave car there without additional fee and continue sightseeing. Toy museum is just round the corner.

The room was too simple for 4stars. besides, their restaurant is on repairs and we had to go for breakfast outside to other building. With small children it is not comfortable at all. But I understand it was only in October, so we were just unlucky, however, I would not book there if I knew that in advance. Therefore, there could be better discounts in such situation just to show the good will of the hotel.

The staff were helpful and friendly and spoke good English. The hotel is easily found in the middle of Tartu, which is easy to navigate around. We were only there for one night but had a nice walk in the park and found the Wilde Restaurant attached to a theatre, which did fabulous food. The hotel room was clean and had everything we needed, and the breakfast was substantial and varied.

The location near a museum and a theater was fantastic. the room was a good size and had smoke detectors. - the breakfast was very good and excellent. - the check-in process was convenient. - I greatly enjoyed my stay here, it was really nice.

Formal yet friendly and welcoming. We used their romance package (unfortunately not available to book from this website) which included dinner for two in Meat Market and sparkling wine in the room - it was absolutely gorgeous! Stuff also provided us with free entrance in two night clubs. Absolutely no complains about the noise or other things.

The hallway carpet was a bit smelly. Not ugly. More like new carpets do. :)
